Does your E-Liquid contain Nicotine?

We do not sell or supply Nicotine as it is illegal to do so in Australia.

Liquid nicotine, is classified as a Schedule 7 ‘Dangerous Poison’ under the Standard for the Uniform Scheduling of Medicines and Poisons (SUSMP).

Do you ship internationally?

We do. Please give us a call or submit a contact form with your order details and the subject *INTERNATIONAL ORDER* before going through the checkout.

I put in the wrong address, how do I get that fixed?

Oh no!! Have no fear you’re in good hands. 

Let us know via email ASAP and if it hasn’t boarded the ol’ AusPost carrier we will be able to redirect the order.

If it’s already been delivered we will have to wait for it to return and as soon as it gets back we’ll reship it.

There are additional shipping costs that the customer has to pay if these errors occur so pretty please review the shipping address carefully when placing an order as these types of errors cause delays in transit times and getting those delicious treaties.

Free express shipping for all orders over $99.

Regular Shipping $8.79.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We’ll send you a confirmation email, confirming your order. We’ll also send you a copy of the receipt and a tracking code once your tasty treats are in transit.

If you couldn’t take advantage of our amazing delivery service, we will always send your parcel same day (if it is made before 2pm) or within 1 business day of receipt. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be sent out on the next business day when the postie opens 🙂

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Absolutely! We send you a receipt for your records and warranty.

If your receipt misses the mailbox and is nowhere to be found please let us know via the contact form and please state what you ordered, your name, and address.
